Upgraded to Curve Black, cannot change my cashback retailers

Hi everyone,

I seem to be having an issue with the Curve iOS app where I cannot change my cashback retailers. I upgraded to Curve black nearly a week and a half ago and activated my card last Friday when I received it, but I cannot select or change my retailers when I go to the Curve Cashback setting in the app. I also noticed that the “Valid Until” date hasn’t changed either, as I was told that the 3 months offer would be reset.

I reported this to Curve Support on Friday, but haven’t received a response yet as I’m guessing they’re busy with the new subscription roll over, so I’m curious to see if anyone else has had this issue and wanted to ask how they got it resolved.
