Transaction details - merchant missing with Starling

When I use my curve with MBNA or Amazon credit cards for example the merchant details come through fine on the statements but when I use it from my connected Starling card only ‘Curve online payment’ comes through on Starling missing the merchant details.

Is this an issue with Starling directly?

We pass merchant details through to your bank, however, different banks may display this information differently. Unfortunately, we don’t have much control over this!

Thought as much. Used the same merchants on different cards. Starling was the one that missed the details. I’ll chase them up on that but doubt it will get fixed.
