Sorry, Your request has been refused by your bank/card issuer

Hi

Two days ago, I was trying to withdraw cash from the ATM, which was rejected.
However, my bank account shows the transactions were successful, And now I am short with the amount of the money.

Anyone had this issue before? and how to fix this?

It is not easy to stay short with money you need, that you already have before using CURVE!!

It is, but looks like nobody else had this issue. Please contact Curve support to solve this.
p.s. Have you previously used same ATM (same network) succesfully with Curve?

I don’t have that issue
