Refund for taking something back

I bought something with my curve card it was the wrong thing took it back to ask for a refund the shop did it 2 days later it went on the account of the card used but not curve.

2 weeks later it went on curve as acknowledge and also again in the account how and why.

Hi Fingers21, :wave:Welcome to the Curve Community. I’m not quite sure what you mean. Do you mean you’ve been double credited or that Curve has now moved the payment from the wrong card back on to the right card?
