Problem with reading card

Hi, I have a problem because I went to the shop and I wanted to pay with my curve card by choosing my other card in app, and when I got to pay I typed pin but payment terminal declined my card and cashier said that it don’t read the card like it don’t know what card it is, like it never existed.

I don’t know what the problem is because I activated my card, can you guys help me?
