I am unable to change the card to which my Curve subscription is billed. I contacted Curve Support on Jan 25 but have yet to have a resolution to the problem. As I am unable to change the card, my subscription will fail to renew as that particular card is now canceled and replaced. Any advice here would be welcome. Curve Support is response time is very slow.
Nothing you can do apart from emailing or (if they fail to respond and it’s an urgent matter) calling them I’m afraid.
Hi @jimbaker, welcome to the Community! Seeing as this is a time sensitive issue, it would be best to give the support team a call. You can find the emergency number on the back of your Curve card!
