Payment problems

Hello I got a refund when I didn’t ask for 2 payments and the purchases were made. How is it possible that ?

Was your purchases made 1 week ago?
Did you actually got refunded on your underlaying card?

It’s possible the merchant declined the payment at a later point, but it’s just a guessing game without looking at your account :sweat_smile:
