We have noticed that a number of new customers have been attempting to add and verify an AMEX card as the first funding card on their account. From of the 29th of January, customer have not been able to add their AMEX cards to Curve and therefore not verify them.
Adding an AMEX to Curve as the first card is preventing customers from continuing to onboard or add additional cards to the app to complete the application process.
If as a new customer, you have found yourself in this situation, you will be required to create a new account with Curve, not adding your Amex card.
