Moving from legacy black to metal card

Anyone else experience any problems moving between the black legacy curve card to the metal?

Moved recently, since then my metal card has not worked, and Curve support hasn’t come back to me in 10 days.

The card number on my app doesn’t match the long card number on my metal card.
