Moved to metal, but account shows black account

Hi, moved to Metal from Black. My app shows black card, pin and account number but limits of metal and curve front on. Please can anyone suggest how I get the app to match my subscription. I have uninstalled the app x 3!

Your card will match the details of your new metal card once it arrives and you activate it.

In the meantime, you can keep using your current Black card. The benefits of Metal (from Curve’s side) still apply.

Hi, the card arrived some 4 weeks ago, I tried to activate it, but no button or prompt to do so

You’ll need to email curve support.

P. S. When composing the email remove the last dot in the email address as that’s been added for formatting reasons.
