Missing refund of a microtransaction

Hi there,

I need help with a missing refund of a microtransaction upon adding a new card.
Can anyone shed some light on what do I have to do/provide?

When did you add card? Refund can take up to 5 days.

Hi Malik! I added it today.
I just found it odd that the refund on my other two cards were made immediately after the debit. I’ll wait up than.
