Marriott cashback

Hi all,

I’m pretty new to Curve and have been getting on well so far and picking up cashback from Virgin Trains. Yesterday I used the card to settle a bill at a Residence Inn (Marriott group). This transaction was in the Uk and I don’t see Residence Inn in the exceptions. Is there any reason I should not get cashback showing (it was not booked at an advance purchase rate but was book at a rewards member rate).

Sometimes when the merchant name is different from the retailer Or the hotel is new or the transaction details in the app is different it doesn’t automatically trigger the rewards.

If you drop the support team a message in-app, or email support@curve.app, they’ll manually add the retailer’s points for you!
