I have already emailed the support team (Again!) about my card having been lost.
I emailed in on Sunday because of losing my card to ask for it to be cancelled and replaced.
Nearly 48 hours after I still dont know if its been cancelled and if a new card has been issued.
I have received multiple emails requesting security information.
Surely it should be possible to do this in app?
In this instance i feel that the level of support is completely inadequate.
