Help tickets no longer working after reinstall

Hi guys,

This one’s a bit kafka-esque: I was having a problem adding cards (separate story), and raised a support ticket in the app. After a couple of back and forths, the advice came in to uninstall and reinstall. So I did.

And now when I go to the help tickets page in the app, I get an error “unable to reload tickets” and I can’t start a new conversation (clicking the button does nothing). Nor can I see any existing conversations.

Can anyone offer any help or advice on how to get help working (so I can resume getting direct support on my original issue)?

Did you receive emails with the previous tickets? If so just reply to one of them. If not then I’d just email support@curve.app and mention you had a previous ticket but can no longer access the messages.

I’m having the same issue and all the useless customer service said is “we’re working on it”…
It has been 2 weeks and no one to help
