Delay Repay was double-charged instead of refunded

I’ve recently had two delayed/cancelled trains with West Midlands Trains. Both times I chose to have the delay repay refund to my Curve card (which I’d originally used to purchase the tickets). On both occasions, the “refunded” amount was actually charged again to my Curve card (and underlying credit card).

The refunds should have been £9 and £20 so now I’m £58 out of pocket.

Did you already contact support (support@curve.app or by DM on Facebook/Twitter)?

No not yet. I couldn’t find contact info through the app and this was the first hit on Google. Thanks for the details.
