Sorry to say no it’s not fixed, just tried both options and still getting the error coming up

Seems like there are a few things going on as you are reporting different issues. You might be dealing with account-specific things. Have you had the chance to speak with our Customer Experience team (our support team)? @Petr_Andel, @Mlester, @didier, and @FlareCO

We’ve identified a bug preventing a portion of our customers to be unable to upgrade within the app. This has been raised with our developers who are working hard to fix this. Once we’ve fixed the bug, we’ll let you know.

As my colleague said earlier, we’re currently aware of an issue that’s preventing some users on Curve Black from upgrading to Metal.
However, after further investigation, the workaround will not work in this circumstance, I’m sorry for any confusion or disappointment this may cause.
Hope a workaround is found soon. Mind you with current situation don’t think we would even get them for weeks.

Even downgrading from business curve account to personal curve account doesn’t work. I still can’t see the red metal card.
Now I can’t use Google Pay anymore, my old card worked with Google Pay. F.
The value and use of the Curve Card has dropped to a “barely usable” level.

Yes, I’ve received similar reply. After 14 days I still can’t upgrade from Curve Black to yearly Curve Metal, starting to lose my patience…
New app update today and upgrade to Metal still doesn’t work (“Couldn’t update user details” error after confirming delivery address)… Will this ever get fixed?
I still can’t upgrade to Metal. Still get the ‘Couldn’t update user details’ error. This is now almost 3 weeks since it launched in EU. Seems like Curve don’t like making money given this still hasn’t been fixed
Not for me either. I was on the Beta App and then downgraded to the normal app, and still no update. Same error about updating user details when I confirm my address. You guys have to have some sort of ETA for a bug that’s affecting revenue?
For me it worked now to purchase the red metal subscription
Now I hope I get a metal investor card instead of a red plastic card.
I also received about my new Investor card on the way, but it said to wait before activating. Did you receive that email too?

Just received new information from Curve support (thank you for that ) - if you’re an investor, I’d recommend holding off on upgrading to Curve Metal until Black Metal Investor Cards are being issued, so that you’d receive a Black Metal Investor Card instead of the Standard Curve Metal Cards. So patience, patience my friends.
