Curve customer support is moving in the right direction

God forbid people having a actual conversation on this forum. At the end of the day you have to compare and contrast especially when it comes to customer services.

Conversation is absolutely encouraged - that’s the point after all. The thread got derailed, though.

The conversation about relative differences between other providers, I’d suggest, warrants a separate topic?

No as human beings, conversation often branch from one thing to another. We are not robots. People that don’t like that I feel sorry for as they haven’t had a real conversation as it’s part of parcel of being in a community, you get the good the bad and the weird and the wonderful. Long may it continue.

But we need order as well, don’t you think?

Depends if it’s for a reason or it’s people just trying to stifle conversation.
