When I send the message through chat window (in help or in particular transaction) then right after I tap send button it goes back to previous window. Afer that you cannot click on chat window again - nothing happens. After I kill the app it is possible to open the chat window again, but there is no history of messages I’ve sent - I don’t even know if they were ever sent.
Personally I never bother with using it in app and just email email@example.com instead! Had a reply within minutes yesterday. Clearly the in app functionality needs to be fixed to make it work reliably but at present I’d just go for email instead. Even if logging via the app my understanding is you should still receive a confirmation email from Curve, so if you haven’t received that I’d drop them an email.
