I’ve changed the transaction on my Tandem card to another one, they usually always go through straight away as a refund but they don’t seem to be refunding on the credit card, same has had tons transaction on my monzo account I changed to a credit card but is showing on both accounts, this was changed on 26th December I think
Since Curve can’t discuss personal transactions here in the forum, I suggest you get in touch with the support team through the app / via email and they can look into this.
If you’re talking about GBIT, it can take a few days for the refund to appear.
I use Monzo as my current account and payments/refund show instantly, this is the first time its not happened,
Ive contacted support and they’ve told me its processed straight away but can take 1 - 5 business days for my account to update, just worried as to what happens if it doesn’t show after this
