Bug: We're getting your account ready for the new version

Hi,

I’m having this issue, where I keep getting this error every time I try to start the app, I tried reinstalling.
It doesn’t help. It just keeps saying this We’re getting your account ready for the new version, this should only take a moment. But it keeps going for days…

I’m using Ios 13 beta 5.

Any suggestions?

We’re aware of this issue affecting a small number of customers who signed up in the app a while ago yet have only now added their first payment card.

Could you please get in touch with our Customer Experience team at support@curve.app who can investigate this further for you?
